Do You Qualify?
To qualify for Canterbury Manor's Set aside Program, annual gross income for one person cannot be more than $36,800. For two persons the amount is $42,050. These figures are reassessed annually.
The prospective resident(s) would be expected to pay full rate if all of their assets total over $2500. If the prospective resident(s) does not have assets over $2500, then a rental rate reduction would be given based on the individual’s ability to pay, to a minimum of $700 per month.
The same holds true if after moving in and if assets are spent down to or below $2500, the resident would be eligible for a rental rate reduction if on the program.
Canterbury Manor's Set Aside Program is audited annually by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission for compliance.
